Frank, a Vicksburg, Mississippi native, received his ministerial license through the Church Foundational Network. He has been teaching in children’s ministry for more than 20 years. Frank’s desire is for children to know God personally and to be equipped for ministry early in life.
Over the years, he has served as a chaplain for numerous camps, conducted children’s conferences, and helped several churches launch their own children’s ministries. He and his wife, Bridget, have four children—Katie, Josh, Isaac, and Emily.
